It is only and especially after a loved one displays rudeness that you're allowed to flaunt your forgiving nature. Of course, i don't believe in flaunting. I'll leave it (my forgiving nature) to go sulk in one dark corner of my closet. Ohh i am so mad. Those feeling lonely, insecure, people-deprived etcetera, go find a dog. Seriously. Having a dog will boost your morale beyond all redeeming hope. The dog follows you, er, doggedly wherever you go, right to the toilet, waits patiently there till you're done with your business and trots after you back into the room. It prances around you when you shake out its leash, whines excitedly, making you feel all the more motivated to go for a long long walk (think more exercise and weight-reduction therapy). It acts as an effective bolster cum cushion whenever you want to take a siesta; of course never leave its butt facing your face. Oftentimes, it doubles up too as a burglar alarm, even if its radar sensors are somewhat over-sensitive. Not convinced? Having a dog improves your domestic skills too, since cleaning its waste strengthens your resilience (as well as your stomach's tendency to hurl) towards all things gross, and preparing its doggie gourmet meals upps your cooking skill by an intensive 1/20 point. Little minor stuff like having fur hairs cover your table, bed, chairs, floors aren't the slightest bit important and can be brushed aside for the better good of the reasons above. Helped cover fulvia's tuition duties last night and wah seriously one was so naughty he tried to slip away from the homework i gave them and i had to chase after him with the paper! Totally totally undignified.

Hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Comfortdrivingcentre.com never lets up. Shudder. Once you hesitate over whether to book a slot at a particular day and time for even TEN SECONDS, zoom. Others rush over and fill it up. The page gets refreshed right in front of your eyes, with that stupid slot being marked a big fat 'zero' this time. Henceforth, i shall glue myself to the computer every chance i have, and hope to find any last-minute cancellations. Heck, i wonder if i can even hold a part-time job with this kind of arrangement.Trying to get slots at ubi driving school is as hard as...i dunno, iron? My first and second lessons are this thursday and next monday, with the third and fourth one a good 3 weeks after! My goodness gracious me, i'll forget completely everything. And then there was the issue of whether to take auto or manual. My dad loves auto, so by right knowing i'll hardly ever drive a manual car voluntarily, i should just take auto and skip all the difficult parts right? Nah. Nathan says no and that is that. :( Think long term and sigh this is what you get. Friday was a nice nice nice nice day which occurs only once in an extremely blue moon. My mum, completely psychoed by nic, bought me a pair of birkenstocks, and let's just say i've never worn shoes that cost that much. They're supposed to be extremely comfortable, so let's pray my blister-festered feet don't get any more festered. To top it off, she bought me a nice nice swatch watch too :) so yay i'm a happy girl cuz i can now tell the time. And to make myself even more happier, i splurged 40 bucks on 3 books at Borders. And they're all relatively intellectual books im glad to say. I've been feeling rather stupid lately so with these 3 lucky charms i hope they make me a little smarter by the time im done with them. Ohh and i'm gonna be a babysitter! Ok, maybe not a babysitter but a dogsitter. :) Nathan's grandma's going to china so someone needs to be home to babysit darwin. If darwin gets left alone at home he'll just throw tantrums and pee everywhere. =x I forsee long and dreary days spent at nathan's computer playing the sims all alone. Oh wells. Back to watching Grease. Not having anything to do rocks hehe.

I've had had it up to here yakking on the phone all day already. Anyone in the waitressing sector, please, if there're any openings i'd really appreciate it if you let me know.Alright man, im just hoping hard i can get into nus arts. Please please pretty please. All you triple A science people! Stay out of arts fac! You guys chose science in jc so you jolly well stick to your own profession! I'm so desperate to get in there i'm willing to fight tooth hair and nail to get in if i have to. My grades aren't wonderful i'll admit, i can't really be proud of them and i deserve every inch of it. I'm just grateful that my econs didn't get no fail, considering the fact that i had straight Fs for it the whole of j2. Take it as an excuse that econs and me just can't make sense of each other, and that i didnt put in the effort i ought to have put in anyway. And..i'm just glad the whole A level saga is over. Really. Getting results back is like an immense load lifted off my shoulders. No more donne, no more worrying how a monopoly curve should look like, no more trying to remember urban models; no more. NO MORE. On further reflection, there are probably many decisions i made last year that were wrong and would have been best kept to this year so that i'd have worked harder for As. Maybe the fact that i still have no idea of what i wanna do for the rest of my life has got something to do with it. Which is pretty sad. Office jobs bore me, though jessie is right; that's why the big money usually comes in. I would want to be artistically talented and creative like christine and make a little business out of it; the problem would be that i have no talent. Maybe i could be like my brother then, and teach. God help me; i still lack those people skills and will most probably end up as Ms Tan with horrendous double chins, cleaning pri2 kids' shit off the chair day after day, or dealing with prepubescent boys who snicker about my knickers. So what what what?! My options remain undecided as yet. It'd probably be wise meantime then, to focus on getting into nus first. I'm eighteen, eighteen, supposedly in-the-prime-of-my-life, so what explains the sianness?
